Delicate, juicy, soft and very tasty charlotte with apples and cottage cheese will not leave anyone indifferent.

  1. In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy.
  2. Add cottage cheese, sour cream and a pinch of salt. Mix everything with a mixer.
  3. Add flour and baking powder. Stir with a mixer.
  4. Add diced apples and raisins to taste.
  5. Grease the mold with butter and lay out the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Send to a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
