  1. Rinse dried mushrooms, then place in a large bowl.
  2. Pour boiling water over the mushrooms and leave for 40 minutes.
  3. Rinse the pearl barley, then put it in a bowl and cover with boiling water, leave for 40 minutes. 4. Put the drumstick into a saucepan and cover with water (about 1.5-2 lira). Boil the broth after boiling for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain the barley and put it in a saucepan of boiling broth.
  5. Drain the mushrooms and add them 10 minutes after adding the cereal.
  6. After boiling, reduce heat, simmer mushrooms on low heat for about 30-40 minutes.
  7. In the meantime, peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small cubes.
  8. Add prepared potatoes to soup. 10. By the time you add the potatoes, the pearl barley should be almost ready.
  9. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
  10. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put onion and fry until golden brown.
  11. Place the sautéed onions directly into a saucepan.
  12. Cook the soup for about 7-10 minutes.
  13. Remove the drumstick from the pan and cool slightly, then separate the meat from the bone. Return the meat to the pot, season with salt and serve the soup.
