Cake made of chocolate balls (dry breakfasts) with honey-chocolate creamy icing and boiled condensed milk. Cake without baking and dough kneading! Fast, tasty and mega chocolate!

Ingredients

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Use good quality butter. Honey choose any, to your taste. The main thing is that it is natural.
  2. Place butter, honey and cream in a saucepan. I used 33% fat cream. Place the saucepan over moderate heat and heat until all ingredients are completely melted, stirring constantly with a spatula.
  3. Pour in cocoa powder. While stirring vigorously, bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. From the moment of boiling, make a small fire and boil the chocolate mass for 3 minutes, constantly stirring with a spatula. Turn off the heat and let the chocolate icing cool slightly for 5-8 minutes.
  5. Measure out 50 g of corn balls from the total and set aside. Pour chocolate icing over more balls.
  6. Mix well so that all the balls are covered with a layer of chocolate mass.
  7. For molding the cake, I used a detachable ring. I set the diameter to 17.5 cm. I laid the side on the inside with an acetate film (you can grease it with butter if you wish).
  8. Place the chocolate balls in the icing in the mold and press down.
  9. Spread boiled condensed milk on top.
  10. Add the remaining corn balls and gently fold in. Send the chocolate cake without baking in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
  11. Remove the ring carefully.
