Fantasy Chocolate Raspberry Cake Dessert

A dessert cake with raspberries, chocolate, whipped cream and shortbread cookies is not baked, but frozen.

Ingredients

  1. Crush cookies into crumbs.
  2. Puree the raspberries in a blender. Transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Add honey or lemon to raspberry puree. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Add 2 cups of whipped cream.
  5. Put the cookie crumbs into a mold with a diameter of 22 cm, tamp, forming a cake with sides 3-4 cm high.
  6. Spread the creamy raspberry mixture over the crust. Freeze 2 hours or until completely frozen.
  7. In a saucepan, combine a glass of whipped cream and chocolate. Stir over low heat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  8. Drizzle the melted chocolate and cream over the frozen raspberry cake to coat evenly. Freeze for approximately 4 hours.
  9. Remove chocolate and raspberry cake dessert from the freezer 30 minutes before serving. Serve with chocolate and raspberry dessert topped with whipped cream.
