  1. Add sugar to the sour cream, put it on a slow fire, heat, and stir until the complete sugar is melting.
  2. Remove it from the fire and divide it into 3 parts.
  3. Pour juices into separate containers, heat slightly, and add 1 tsp of gelatin to each of them.
  4. Then stir it thoroughly to the complete gelatin melting.
  5. Add received fruit-jelly mixtures to prepared sour cream mixtures and stir to a homogeneous state.
  6. Pour into molds one by one, and let each layer freeze in the refrigerator.
  7. In everyday life, a portion of “sour cream rainbow” dessert can replace a full breakfast for your child.
  8. By being creative, you can prepare a dessert with fruit or based on yogurt.
