Thanks to quick pickling in aromatic oil and baking in the sleeve, the potatoes turn out to be appetizing, with a rich taste, filled with a bright aroma of garlic and spicy dried herbs. The addition of sausages and tomatoes makes the potatoes very juicy and satisfying. Such an easy-to-prepare dish will make a great lunch or dinner for a family.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the garlic and pass through a press into a deep bowl.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into the garlic, add spicy dried herbs (I have thyme, basil, oregano, savory), salt and black pepper.
  3. Mix oil well with herbs and spices.
  4. Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into slices.
  5. Put the potatoes in a bowl of fragrant butter and stir. We leave for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the potatoes need to be mixed 2 times.
  6. We turn on the oven to heat up to 190 degrees.
  7. Cut the peeled onion into thin half rings, the tomato into small cubes.
  8. Peel the sausages and cut into slices.
  9. Put onion, tomato and sausages with potatoes. We mix.
  10. Tie a baking sleeve on one side, transfer a mixture of vegetables with sausages into it. We tie the sleeve on the other side, put it on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. We make 2-3 holes in the sleeve for steam to escape (using a toothpick or knife).
  11. We send the potatoes to a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes and bake at 190 degrees, until tender (be guided by the characteristics of your oven).
  12. We take out the form from the oven, carefully cut the sleeve (carefully, the steam is hot!).
  13. Garlic marinated potatoes baked with sausages and tomatoes are ready.
  14. Bon Appetit!
