A deliciously disgusting and easy-to-prepare pie made from products that are always at hand)
Ingredients
Directions
Grate cheese and garlic on a fine grater. (Any cheese, hard varieties, but I also tried with processed cheese - it's also delicious.)
Combine half of the cheese with an egg and dried dill. We will cover the casserole with this mixture to form a golden brown crust.
Mix the second egg and remaining cheese with garlic and mayonnaise. This is a PREPARATION for the casserole itself.
And only then we rub the potatoes (so as not to darken) on a coarse grater and add to the PREPARATION. Salt and pepper.
Put the potato mass into a greased baking dish (diameter 26 cm). Top with an egg-cheese-dill mixture. We send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. A golden crust should form.
You can diversify the casserole, there is room for imagination. But, nevertheless, in this form I like it the most. I hope the grated potato casserole will become your favorite dish too))
