Green tea is a very healthy drink, it has a huge range of medicinal properties and, depending on the brewing time, can invigorate or soothe. By adding fresh fruits, an apple and kiwi to the tea during the brewing process, you will enrich it with vitamin C and make the taste and aroma bright and interesting, the sourness will appear in the tea, which is harmoniously neutralized by another useful additive - honey.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour tea into a teapot. For making tea with kiwi and apple, natural green tea without additives and flavors is the best fit.
  2. Boil water in a kettle. Let the boiling water stand for a minute, then pour over the tea leaves. It is not recommended to pour green tea with steep boiling water.
  3. Place the lid on the teapot and let the tea brew for 5 minutes.
  4. During this time, peel the kiwi, cut into cubes. Peel the apple with firm pulp by removing the seed box, and cut the pulp into cubes.
  5. Add fruit to tea.
  6. Stir.
  7. Put the lid back on and let the tea brew for another 2 minutes.
  8. Pour the green tea into cups, add honey to taste (or other optional sweetener, such as sugar). The fruit tea leaves can be re-poured with boiling water - it is noteworthy that green tea can be brewed several times. The tea will turn out to be no less tasty than the first one, albeit a little weaker.
  9. Green tea with kiwi, apple and honey is ready - enjoy!
  10. Bon Appetit!
