Today we will prepare tea grog with spices - a drink for adults, warming in the cold season and giving a good mood. Still, because it contains alcohol. :) The basis of grog according to this recipe is strong tea, which is brewed with cloves and cinnamon, and then mixed with lemon juice and rum or cognac. It turns out very fragrant!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour black tea into a teapot, immediately add spices - cloves and cinnamon.Pour boiling water over the spice tea, close the lid and let the tea brew for 3-5 minutes.Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, pour into the tea. Based on your taste, add sweetness to the grog using sugar, honey, or sugar syrup.Pour in alcohol immediately. I used cognac, but if you have a dark rum on hand, grab it.Let the grog stand for a minute, then pour into glass cups through a strainer to get rid of the tea leaves.
  2. Tea grog is ready! Now you can safely enjoy this warming and relaxing drink.
