  2. Finely chop the fish, fry in oil with grated carrots and chopped onions. Salt to taste, add paprika, mix. Put rice for frying. Stir the filling.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, set one part aside.
  4. Grease baking dishes with oil.
  5. Roll out circles from 3 parts of dough.
  6. Place the circle in the shape, distribute it evenly along the bottom and walls.

  8. Close the filling with the edges.
