  1. Place the eggs, sugar, nuts, honey and soft butter in the mixing bowl. Mix everything at low speed.
  2. In portions, add baking flour or regular flour and a bag of baking powder.
  3. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  4. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, spread about a third of the dough on the paper and with hands dipped in water, distribute the dough over the entire surface of the baking sheet.
  5. We bake 3 cakes. We heat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes until the cake is well browned. Remove from the oven, put on a wooden board, let cool slightly and peel off the paper.
  6. While the cakes are cooling, prepare the sour cream. Beat in a mixer at high speed fat sour cream (at least 30% fat) and vanilla sugar, gradually adding sugar. The cream should be fluffy and airy.
  7. We collect the cake. Lightly align the cakes.
  8. Spread a little cream on a cake napkin.
  9. We put the cake and generously coat it with cream.
  10. On top - the second cake, also generously coated with cream.
  11. Place the third cake flat side up. We cover the whole cake with cream.
  12. Decorate with baked roses and nuts.
