We all have known for a long time that fast food is harmful to health, but I have found an excellent alternative for my loved ones. The dish turns out to be no less tasty than in fast food, and is made from natural homemade products. Idaho baked potatoes are perfect for a family dinner or get-together with friends.

Ingredients

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. We turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  3. In a deep bowl, mix all the seasonings (curry, paprika, dried garlic and salt). Pour in vegetable oil.
  4. Finely chop the dill and mix with spices.
  5. Cut well-washed potatoes into 6-8 pieces lengthwise.
  6. Put the chopped potatoes in a saucepan, fill with water and bring to a boil.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes after boiling.
  8. Then turn off the heating and drain the water from the pan.
  9. Pour the hot potatoes into a bowl with the prepared spice mixture and mix thoroughly.
  10. In a baking dish, put the potatoes, skinned down, in one layer. We send the potatoes to the oven for 20-30 minutes.
  11. Idaho baked potatoes are ready.
