Jacket potatoes baked in foil

A simple recipe for a healthy vegetable dish. Jacket potatoes baked in foil turned out to be very tasty. Nothing special, but delicious, even somehow festive :)

Ingredients

  1. Cut the carrots into semicircles. If the carrot pieces are too large, cut them in half.
  2. Cut the garlic into slices.
  3. We take potatoes of approximately the same size, wash thoroughly and cut in half. Put foil in a small bowl. We spread one potato there. Put a thin slice of butter on one half of the potato, sprinkle with salt and glue both sides of the potato.
  4. We also send carrots, garlic, rosemary, Italian herbs and a couple of peppercorns there. Sprinkle with vegetable oil. Optionally, you can add a piece of meat or lard with a layer.
  5. We seal the potatoes in foil so that some air remains inside. Thus, we prepare all the potatoes. We send it to a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. (To bake potatoes in a slow cooker, put everything on the bottom, turn on the "Baking" mode for 50 minutes.)
  6. Chop green onions.
  7. Squeeze the garlic and some salt into the olive oil.
  8. We also send greens there.
  9. Serve potatoes in their skins, baked in foil, with garlic dressing in a separate bowl, so that everyone can decide what tastes best for him.
