The recipe for a very tender, insanely delicious biscuit cake with oranges, bananas and sour cream jelly. The "Tenderness of the Tropics" cake is made literally for one, two or three, not counting the hardening time of the cake with sour cream jelly.

  1. First we make a biscuit. We prepare the necessary ingredients for it.
  2. To do this, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until white.
  3. Then add all the flour, baking powder and beat again.
  4. We grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and bake the biscuit in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Since all ovens are different, periodically check for readiness with a toothpick.
  5. We prepare tropical fruits and ingredients for jelly.
  6. While the cake is baking, make the filling for the cake. To do this, you first need to dilute the gelatin according to the instructions. Set aside gelatin to swell.
  7. In the meantime, mix sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
  8. We will mix until the powder dissolves in sour cream.
  9. Now we take the already cooled biscuit, cut it into several parts.
  10. Cut each part of the biscuit into a medium-sized cube.
  11. Next, cut the oranges into circles, peel each circle.
  12. After we take the form in which we will form the cake, cover it with foil and lay the oranges in a vertical position in a circle of the form, put one circle of orange in the center.
  13. Next, peel the bananas and also cut them into slices.
  14. Arrange the bananas around the orange slice in the center.
  15. Sprinkle all this on top with pieces of biscuit.
  16. After - again bananas and a biscuit.
  17. Put the oranges on top again and press it all a little with your hand.
  18. Next, you need to dilute the already swollen gelatin. To do this, add a small amount of water to it and stir everything well. After heating it over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Next, pour the gelatin into the sour cream mixture and mix everything well.
  19. Pour the sour cream mixture over the cake. We put in the refrigerator for 5 hours, and preferably at night, so that the cake completely thickens.
