Jelly cake with berries (without baking)

A very tasty, airy dessert with berries - a delicate and bright jelly cake without baking.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To boil water. Pour the jelly into a glass of boiled water and mix well with a spoon until completely dissolved (according to the instructions on the package).
  2. Cover the form with cellophane (food film). Pour the jelly into a mold and place in the refrigerator to set.
  3. Pour the second pack of jelly into a glass of boiled hot water. Mix well.
  4. Pour gelatin into another glass and add 2 tablespoons of cold boiled water. Mix and leave for 40 minutes to swell.
  5. Put the raspberries on top of the first frozen layer of jelly.
  6. Pour in another layer of jelly. Leave the jelly in the refrigerator until set.
  7. Dilute the 3rd sachet of jelly in a glass of boiled hot water.
  8. Top with the last layer of jelly. Leave to harden in the refrigerator.
  9. When the gelatin swells, add 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water. Set aside.
  10. Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Pour gelatin into yogurt. Mix.
  11. Pour yogurt with gelatin on top of the frozen jelly. Place in refrigerator to chill.
  12. Lay cookies on top. Leave it to soak.
  13. Invert the jelly onto a plate and carefully remove the cellophane. Jelly cake without baking is ready.
