  1. Noodles for cooking, if you don't feel like messing around, you can, of course, take ready-made noodles, but it will be tastier with homemade ones.   2. Knead it one more time, roll it out as for making dumplings, cut the noodles, dry it a little, cook with salt. Heat vegetable oil in a cauldron, fry the meat cubes until a brownish crust, add half rings of onion, after a couple of minutes add carrot cubes, stir.
  3. Fry for 10 minutes, make sure that it does not burn, the meat should become soft, add the potato cubes, stir, simmer for another 10 minutes, add cabbage, cubes of sweet pepper and tomato, simmer all together for 5 minutes.
