Almost lightning-fast in preparation, a cake made from pita bread and curd cream is prepared so simply that it may become your favorite for a long time! This no-bake cake does not require much time and effort, which means you can cook it as often as you like!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork.
  2. Add sour cream, vanilla sugar and condensed milk to cottage cheese. Beat everything together with a blender or mixer until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
  3. Cut pita bread into rectangles 13x23 cm in size. I got 12 sheets of pita bread, which will serve as cakes.
  4. Layer "cakes" of pita bread with prepared cream. Grease the top sheet also with cream.
  5. Chop the walnuts with a knife and sprinkle on top of the cake.
  6. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to soak.
  7. Lavash cake with curd cream is ready! Serve it chilled, cut into portions.
  8. Enjoy your meal!
