Lavash rolls with potatoes and cheese (in the oven)

Every time you find something new, cook and think: "There is nothing more to surprise me with." Then again - and even more interesting, even tastier! That's how today's recipe is - I saw it, and I wanted to repeat it. Simple, tasty, and the whole family loved it! No one will guess what this appetizer is made of.

  1. The potatoes were boiled in advance and now we grind (crush) in any way.
  2. Add eggs, grated cheese, milk, melted butter and red pepper to the potatoes. Mix well.
  3. Distribute the filling on a sheet of pita bread. Put another pita on top and repeat. My pita bread is 50x30 cm, I used 4 sheets.
  4. We roll the multilayer layer into a tight roll.
  5. We cut the lavash roll in half, wrap it in foil and send it to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
  6. After the refrigerator, cut the roll into pieces (washers) 1.5-2 cm thick.
  7. We spread the rolls on a prepared baking sheet. Lubricate with whipped yolk and send to a preheated oven.
  8. We bake pita rolls with potatoes and cheese in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Our oven did it in 15 minutes.
  9. If desired, grease the finished rolls with a piece of butter.
  10. An interesting and very tasty pita roll, treat yourself! Cook for health!
