Jam is perfect for such baking, but isn't it nicer when there are fresh berries inside the cake? There is a great solution - frozen selected cherries: thanks to it, both in summer and especially in winter you will have a convenient preparation for culinary masterpieces.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In order for the puff pastry bagels to turn out crispy and tasty, the products must be well cooled beforehand.
  2. Add eggs, salt, and lemon juice to the water and beat until smooth. Combine the resulting mixture with three cups of flour and knead a pliable dough. Mix solid butter with flour until smooth.
  3. Roll out the "rested" dough in a thin layer and evenly spread the butter mass on top, wrap the ends with an envelope and gently roll out a thin layer. Fold it four times and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out the cooled dough, fold it in four again and place it in the fridge. Repeat the procedure 2-3 more times.
  4. At the final stage, roll out the dough and divide it into portion triangles, lay out the cherries and roll the bagels.
  5. Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven until golden and enjoy a delicious dessert.
