  3. Sift the flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl. Add the frozen butter, chop the dough with two knives to make a crumb. Pour in the syrup, add vanilla sugar and cinnamon, quickly knead the dough.
  4. Sprinkle a 22 cm silicone baking dish with water. Put some dough on the bottom, distribute the plums and lingonberries evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining dough, place the mold in the center of the oven. Bake at 180 ° C for 35–40 minutes. A wooden skewer stuck in the center of the cake should come out dry.
