Meat salad with potatoes, tomatoes, pickles and cheese is a delicious dish that will delight you with a combination of ingredients. Juicy vegetables, delicate cheese and pork are very harmoniously combined for an excellent taste, and potatoes make the salad even more satisfying.   1. We wash the pork well, fill it with water and bring to a boil. Salt the water. Reduce the fire to a minimum. Boil the meat for about 1.5 hours, until tender. Let the meat cool in the broth.
  2. Pour potatoes with water and also boil until tender, 20-25 minutes. We take out the finished potatoes from the broth and cool.
  3. (It is better to boil meat and potatoes in advance, as they still need time to cool down.)
  4. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  5. We also cut pickled cucumbers into cubes.
  6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. We remove the liquid and seeds. Cut the fleshy part of the tomatoes into cubes.
  7. Peel and dice the cooled potatoes.
  8. We wash the parsley and chop it.
  9. Cut the cooled meat into cubes.
  10. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  11. Add mayonnaise. We mix. We taste the salad and then add salt, if necessary.
