It turned out quite unexpectedly, but everyone who tried it was satisfied! Pie with meat and potatoes turns out to be hearty, large and tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The first step is to wash and clean all the products.
  2. The onion must be cut into rings and disassembled into separate rings. We also cut the carrots into round pieces, not very thin.
  3. We send the onions and carrots to the pan and prepare the frying.
  4. When the vegetables "grabbed", add the minced meat and prepare our filling. Salt, pepper, season. Fry until tender.
  5. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin rings, preferably on a special grater, or with a knife. Grind the greens (I used dry).
  6. For the dough: add eggs, salt, sugar and baking powder to the flour. Mix well.
  7. Then we add a little kefir, milk, water. Need the consistency of sour cream. We will fill the filling with the dough. Therefore, it must penetrate everywhere. If it turns out to be too liquid, add more flour.
  8. Set the oven temperature to 180 degrees. We will put the pie in the middle.
  9. Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with flour (I always use semolina for this). We spread half of the potatoes in a thick cloth in a mold.
  10. Next, we spread everything that we have in the pan. Carrots can be pulled up. Sprinkle with half of greens (optional).
  11. And again, a canvas of potatoes. Salt, pepper, season. Sprinkle with the remaining herbs.
  12. We fill it well with our dough. Everything that is in the form must be impregnated.
  13. We send it to the oven for 40 minutes. After half an hour, the potato pie with minced meat should be checked with a "match". If there is not enough color, and everything is baked inside, then add the temperature.
  14. When the potato pie with minced meat is cooked, do not immediately remove it from the oven, let it stand for about 20 minutes.
  15. Bon Appetit!
