No Bake Caramel Cheesecake

In the summer, when it's hot outside, I don't feel like turning on the oven at all, I cook sweets without baking.

Ingredients

  1. Pour gelatin with warm water, set aside to swell.
  2. Grind the cookies into crumbs in any way convenient for you (with a rolling pin, in a blender, on a grater, etc.)
  3. Melt butter, let cool.
  4. Mix cookies with chopped nuts and butter.
  5. Put in a split form with a diameter of 22 cm (pre-cover the bottom with parchment). Press with a spoon or hands into a dense cake with sides. Place in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Whisk cottage cheese and caramel (boiled condensed milk) with a blender.
  7. By that time, the gelatin will already swell. Heat it in a water bath until completely dissolved.
  8. In slightly warm gelatinous water, add a little curd mass, mix. And then enter this mass into a blender with the remaining curd mass, mix until smooth.
  9. Pour the curd mass over the chilled cake and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  10. No Bake Caramel Cheesecake is ready.
