For winter okroshka, use chicken, potatoes, eggs and frozen cucumbers. Okroshka is tasty and aromatic. Take note of the recipe!

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Boil the chicken in salted water for 20-25 minutes. Then cool and cut into okroshka cubes.
  2. Boil potatoes, cool, peel and cut into medium cubes. Hard boil the eggs, cut into cups. Defrost cucumbers halfway, cut into cubes - this way they retain their shape.
  3. Pour all of the chopped ingredients into a bowl or saucepan. Salt. Pour in kefir, add water (carbonated or still) and add finely chopped dill.
  4. Leave okroshka in the refrigerator to cool for 30-40 minutes. Then serve. Bon Appetit!
