Potato pie is a great chef's idea for any meal. We offer to prepare an open puff pastry pie filled with boiled potatoes, fresh herbs and hard cheese.

  1. Defrost the finished frozen puff pastry before implementing the recipe. Boil the potatoes without peeling off the peel, not forgetting only to add water; cool and peel the finished potatoes.
  2. Roll out a layer of prepared dough on a surface dusted with flour. We begin to lay the dough into a greased mold.
  3. Rub the peeled boiled potatoes. Put the potato mass on the dough.
  4. Chop the prepared fresh herbs, sprinkle with the potato layer.
  5. Grind hard cheese in the same way as potatoes, i.e. rub on a grater.
  6. The shaping of the open potato pie is complete. Now we remove the cake pan into the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
  7. We keep the pie with potatoes in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  8. We take out the resulting hearty pie from the mold.
  9. Cool a little, cut the puff potato pie into pieces.
  10. Enjoy your meal!
