A pie with orange slices cooked in a syrup of water and sugar, the pie is poured with the same syrup, which makes this pie not dry.

  1. Pour sugar (150 g) with water and put on fire until sugar dissolves.
  2. Cut the orange into rings, remove the seeds. Add to the syrup and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Do NOT throw out the edges of the oranges!
  3. Cover the form with baking paper. Lay out the orange slices.
  4. Grate the zest from the cut edges of the oranges, beat in the eggs - mix. Add sugar (30 g), kefir, melted butter - mix.
  5. Mix flour with baking soda and pass through a sieve - mix.
  6. Pour oranges with this dough and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.
  7. Take the cake out of the mold, oranges facing up. Remove the paper and pour over the syrup in which the oranges were cooked.
