  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Heat the sunflower oil in a large skillet, add the meat and fry on all sides for about 5 minutes. Transfer the meat to an ovenproof dish.
  2. Pour chopped onions and leeks into the same pan, fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle the onion with flour, stir, cook for about 1 minute. Pour the contents of the pan with broth and wine, bring to a boil.
  3. Add tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper to the pan, mix everything well. Put peas and chopped mint leaves into this mixture, mix and transfer this mass into a mold with meat, mix. Top with potato slices and brush with melted butter. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and place in a preheated oven. Bake the dish for about 1.5 hours, then increase the temperature to 200 degrees, remove the lid and cook the baked potatoes for another 30 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked baked potatoes with mint leaves.
