If you have a bread maker, then the dough for this pie can be made in it - it will be faster than kneading the dough with your hands.

  1. Prepare the dough in a bread maker. To do this, put the ingredients for the dough in the HP bowl in the following sequence - water, flour, semolina, olive oil, sugar, salt and yeast. Turn on the dough mode, at the end of kneading, leave the dough in the HP bowl in a warm place so that it comes up (for about 30 minutes).
  2. While the dough is preparing, prepare the filling. Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a fine grater, peel and chop the onion.
  3. In vegetable oil, simmer the cabbage with carrots, onions and minced meat until almost cooked. Let the filling cool.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll most of it into a circle and place in a round baking dish. Place the filling on top of the dough.
  5. Roll out the second round of dough and cover the cake with it, pinch the edges. Let the cake stand in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Brush the cake with whipped egg yolk and sprinkle liberally with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
