Potato and zucchini casserole (microwave)

This sunny casserole can be very easy to cook in the microwave. But, of course, you can also bake a casserole of potatoes and zucchini in the oven.

  1. Mix sour cream, salt, curry powder.
  2. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Add grated cheese to sour cream, mix thoroughly.
  4. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices (1-1.5 mm thick). Can be cut with a knife, or with a special grater.
  5. Wash the zucchini. If the zucchini is not very young, peel it.
  6. Cut the courgette into 1 cm cubes.
  7. Peel, wash and grate carrots.
  8. Wash and chop the basil leaves.
  9. Mix zucchini, carrots, basil and half a bag of croutons (20 g)
  10. Mash the other half of the croutons into crumbs.
  11. Grease a microwave dish (glass, ceramic, plastic or special foil) with oil and sprinkle with crushed breadcrumbs.
  12. For a given quantity of products, a mold with a diameter of 20 cm is needed.
  13. Put half of the potatoes on the bottom.
  14. Take a quarter of the sour cream cheese filling, grease the potatoes.
  15. Gently spread the vegetable mixture on top.
  16. Put half of the original amount of pouring over the vegetables and spread over the vegetables.
  17. Place remaining potatoes.
  18. Spread with the remaining fill.
  19. Put the vegetables in the microwave for 10 minutes at 600 power.
  20. Then cook the potato and zucchini casserole for another 8 minutes at 850 power.
  21. Leave the casserole in the microwave after turning it off for 5-10 minutes. Can be covered with a lid.
  22. The potato and zucchini casserole is ready. Bon Appetit!
