The pizza-shaped potato casserole is very popular with children.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven and heat it up to 200 degrees.
  2. Drive an egg into the puree. Mix.
  3. Add flour and pepper. Mix. Salt if necessary.
  4. Put the prepared dough on foil, parchment paper or silicone backing. You can make one large or several portioned cakes. Smooth and form a cake with a thickness of 1-1-5 cm, bake for about 15 minutes (the cake should dry slightly).
  5. While the cake is cooking, prepare the rest of the food.
  6. Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
  7. Cut the tomato into thin slices.
  8. Cut the sausage into thin strips.
  9. Grate the cheese.
  10. Spread the potato crust with ketchup.
  11. Lay out the fillet pieces.
  12. Sprinkle with half a serving of cheese.
  13. Lay out the sausage.
  14. And on top are tomatoes.
  15. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and basil over the potato casserole.
  16. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Then cool the potato casserole slightly in the oven.
  17. Remember that this is a casserole, not a pizza - the potato base is not strong, so transfer the portions to the plates carefully.
