  1. Peel and wash the potatoes.
  2. Cut the peeled and washed potatoes into small pieces, add salt, stir and leave for 5 minutes to absorb the salt.
  3. Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. After that, dry the potatoes with a cooking napkin, put in a pan with heated vegetable oil and brown. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
  4. Rinse the pumpkin, peel, seeds and fibrous tissue and cut into small cubes (5 * 5 mm).
  5. Peel, wash and chop the onion.
  6. Turn on the oven.
  7. Put potatoes in portioned clay pots.
  8. And then pumpkin and onion.
  9. Drizzle with warm sour cream.
  10. Mix everything well.
  11. Close the pots tightly with lids, place them in a preheated oven on the middle shelf and bake potatoes with pumpkin and sour cream over low heat (170-180 degrees) for 40-50 minutes.
