Potato casserole with sour cream

A very simple boiled potato casserole!

  1. Turn on the oven.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices.
  3. A frying pan or mold is greased with oil. Put the potatoes in a greased frying pan, salt, pepper, sprinkle with nutmeg.
  4. Whipped sour cream with eggs
  5. Pour the resulting mixture over potatoes.
  6. Put the pan in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  7. The prepared casserole is served in a frying pan, sprinkled with chopped dill or parsley.
