Potato pie with chicken and vegetables

This potato pie is incredibly tender and juicy. Potato dough is very soft and tender, ideally combined with a large amount of juicy filling of vegetables and chicken fillet. Such a pie with chicken and vegetables will be an excellent dinner for the whole family, and will also be able to adequately complement a festive feast.

  1. Cooking potato dough. Peel the potatoes, chop and boil until tender. Knead boiled potatoes, after draining the water. Add butter. Leave the mashed potatoes to cool slightly.
  2. Add the egg and flour to the warm puree. Knead the potato pie dough.
  3. We spread the dough in a greased mold and form the sides. We send the form with the dough to the freezer.
  4. Cooking the filling. To do this, we chop onions, tomatoes and peppers.
  5. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  6. Fry the peppers in vegetable oil and remove from the pan.
  7. Fry the onions. Add chopped chicken fillet to the onion and fry until almost cooked.
  8. Add tomatoes and fried peppers to the chicken pan. We set aside the filling for the pie to cool. Then salt and pepper.
  9. Prepare the filling: mix milk, cream, tomato paste, eggs, salt and pepper.
  10. We collect the cake. Put the prepared filling into a mold with potato dough and fill it with filling.
  11. We send the potato pie with chicken and vegetables to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 40 minutes.
  12. 10 minutes before the pie is ready, sprinkle it with grated hard cheese.
