Ingredients

Directions

  1. Minced meat can be used by anyone, I have pork. Wash the potatoes. Rinse and dry the parsley.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl, beat in the egg, salt and pepper.
  3. Finely chop the parsley and add to the minced meat bowl.
  4. Mix thoroughly and beat the minced meat. To do this, lift the minced meat over the bowl and toss it back. Do this 10-15 times to compact the minced meat. Cover the minced meat bowl with a lid and refrigerate.
  5. Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces and boil over medium heat until tender, about 20 minutes. Then remove the potatoes from the heat, drain the water completely and put on low heat for 1-2 minutes to dry the potatoes.
  6. Cool the potatoes completely and pass through a meat grinder with a fine wire rack.
  7. Add the yolk to the potatoes, salt and stir until smooth.
  8. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  9. Pour the starch into the mashed potatoes.
  10. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. If it does stick, add flour and knead.
  11. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  12. Divide the potato dough into 6 pieces.
  13. Pour bread crumbs on the table. Roll out one part of the dough or knead it with your hands on breadcrumbs into a 0.5 centimeter thick rectangle.
  14. Apply 1/6 of the minced meat to the rolled dough in an even layer.
  15. Roll the minced meat dough into a tight roll. Roll the remaining potato dough and minced meat in the same way.
  16. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay the rolls seam side down.
  17. Melt the butter and brush over the potato rolls completely.
  18. Send the rolls to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Consider the specifics of your oven.
  19. Potato rolls with minced meat are ready.
  20. Serve the rolls hot, garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  21. Bon Appetit!
