Potato salad with sausages and eggs

A simple and quick recipe. A potato salad prepared with it can very well be the main dish on your family table.

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes in lightly salted water until soft, for about 15-20 minutes. Throw the finished potatoes in a colander, drain the water, and then leave to cool at room temperature.
  2. Cut the cooled potatoes into small pieces and put them in a salad bowl. Put boiled and cut into quarters eggs and sausages cut into slices there, salt and pepper, mix.
  3. In a small, deep bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped cilantro and garlic, season with salt and pepper, mix well.
  4. Pour the sour cream dressing over the potato salad, mix gently.
  5. Serve the potato salad immediately, garnish with whole cilantro leaves.
