Potato salad with smoked meats and olives is a very hearty dish that can easily replace a full meal. The salad turns out to be very juicy and tasty, with a bright smoked aroma. Try to cook!

  1. We do not drain the liquid from the olives, we will need it.
  2. Rinse the potatoes and fill them with water. Boil until tender (20-25 minutes).
  3. Peel and chop the hot potatoes.
  4. Pour potatoes with liquid from olives and leave for 10 minutes. Then we put the potatoes in a colander.
  5. Cut the bacon into strips.
  6. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the bacon until browned. Then we take out the bacon and leave the butter in the pan.
  7. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.
  8. Cut the sausage and sausages into slices.
  9. In a skillet over high heat, fry the onion, sausage and sausages for 5 minutes.
  10. Cut the olives into rings.
  11. In a bowl, combine the potatoes with the fried ingredients. Add olives and salt a little. We mix.
