An original and very easy side dish to prepare, you don't even need to peel potatoes. Young potatoes, boiled until half cooked, are mixed with butter and semolina. This will give the potatoes a delicious golden brown crust and creamy flavor. From spices, I suggest taking paprika, black pepper and dried garlic - it will turn out delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare foods according to the list. It is advisable to choose a small size for young potatoes.
  2. Wash the potatoes well and cut in half. Leave too small potatoes intact.
  3. Pour potatoes with water and cook for 5-7 minutes after boiling water. Since the potatoes are young, they cook very quickly (it is important not to boil them).
  4. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  5. Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove, prepare the semolina. Dip each piece of potato in oil, then roll in semolina (you can use a wooden skewer).
  6. Place the potatoes on a lightly buttered baking sheet. Prepare the remaining potatoes in the same way.
  7. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt, pepper, paprika and dry garlic on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Serve ready-made potatoes baked in semolina and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  10. Bon Appetit!
