An excellent dish of boiled potatoes - with an incredible taste and aroma of smoked cheese! Cheese gives an unobtrusive and at the same time bright note to seemingly banal potatoes. Onions and bell peppers complement the dish perfectly.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into slices slightly larger than medium.
  2. Place the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with boiling water, salt and cook until tender, while not allowing the potatoes to boil.
  3. Grate smoked cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Add mayonnaise, sour cream and chopped green onions.
  5. Stir, salt to taste and add spices to your taste. Pour in a little water (1-2 tablespoons) so that the filling is thick as low-fat cream.
  6. Transfer the boiled potatoes to a baking dish.
  7. Pour the cheese filling over the potatoes.
  8. Top with bell peppers, peeled and cut into short strips.
  9. Then lay out the onions, peeled and cut into thin half rings.
  10. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
  11. Place the potatoes with vegetables and cheese in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, until the cheese melts. You can lightly brown the food using the grill oven setting.
  12. Serve hot potatoes with onions, bell peppers and cheese!
