Baked potatoes with hunting sausages and onions are a very good combination. And with soy sauce, bell peppers and fresh herbs, the taste of the dish will become even more interesting. The potatoes are lightly smoked, ruddy and very tasty.

  1. Rinse the potatoes, peppers and herbs thoroughly, peel the onions.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut each into 8-10 slices.
  3. Transfer prepared potatoes to a bowl, add salt and soy sauce.
  4. Stir the potatoes with the sauce and marinate for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn on the oven, let it heat up to 200 degrees.
  6. Peel the stalks and seeds from the bell peppers.
  7. Cut onions into thin quarter rings, sweet peppers into small cubes.
  8. Chop the parsley finely.
  9. I have sausages in a natural casing, so there is no need to peel them. Cut the sausages into 1 cm thick slices.
  10. Pour vegetable oil into a baking dish or deep baking sheet. Arrange the peppers, sausages, onions and parsley.
  11. Add the potatoes along with the marinated soy sauce. Pepper and mix everything.
  12. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. The potatoes will brown and soften on the inside.
  13. Serve potatoes in soy sauce, baked with sausages and bell peppers, garnish with herbs.
