this is a very tasty, aromatic and beautiful dish. It would seem that this is just stewed potatoes with onions - and what a result!

  2. Peel 800 grams of potatoes, wash and cut into slices 3-4 millimeters thick.
  3. Grind the dill greens.
  4. Heat 100 grams of vegetable oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom. We lay the prepared onion and pass it until transparent.
  5. Add the potatoes cut into circles and fry over high heat, stirring occasionally for about 7 minutes. In the process of frying, add one teaspoon of salt.
  6. Add 100 milliliters of water, cover and simmer potatoes and onions over low heat until the potatoes are fully cooked.
  7. Cooked potatoes, stewed with onions in Uzbek, serve as an independent dish, with fresh vegetables, or as a side dish for meat or fish.
