Potatoes with meat in an edible plate

The dough for the "plate" turns out not as usual, but shortbread, which gives the dish a special feature. Also, the dish is very satisfying and inexpensive.

Ingredients

• Meat - 200 g
• Potatoes - 3-4 small
• Onion - 1 small
• Carrots - 1 small
• Tomato paste / ketchup - 1 tablespoon
• Salt to taste
• Seasonings to taste
• For the test:
• Flour - 2-2.5 cups
• Butter - 100 g
• Mayonnaise - 8 tablespoons
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Heat oil in a bowl, add mayonnaise, flour, spices and knead into an elastic dough.
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Finely chop the onion, finely grate the carrots and place in a preheated pan.
4. Cut the potatoes into medium pieces, add to the pan, season with salt and fry until half cooked.
5. Put on a plate.
6. Cut the meat into medium pieces, put it in a preheated pan, lightly fry. Add tomato paste, spices, salt to taste. Fry until half cooked.
7. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out into a circle so that you can pinch the sides.
8. Place the filling on each plate.
9. Make bumpers.
10. Bake for an hour at 180 degrees.
