Stewed potatoes with meatballs are a great option for an everyday lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and peel carrots, potatoes and onions.
  2. Let's make minced meat for the meatballs.
  3. We spread the minced meat (I have beef) in a large container, add 1 carrot grated on a fine grater, finely chopped onion, chopped parsley, drive in 1 egg, add salt and pepper to taste - mix.
  4. Pour a small amount of flour into a plate. Spoon the small balls into the minced flour with a spoon and form the meatballs.
  5. Fry the finished balls in oil on all sides until golden brown.
  6. We also need to dice the carrots and onions and fry in oil for 5 minutes.
  7. Pour the broth into a heat-resistant dish, bring to a boil. Add 3 tbsp. tomato paste, spices to taste and mix.
  8. We send chopped potatoes and fried vegetables to the broth and simmer under a lid over low heat for 15 minutes.
  9. After the potatoes are tender, add the bell peppers and sautéed meatballs, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  10. Bon Appetit!
