Amazing poppy seed cake, the filling of which first reveals a vanilla note, and then the bright taste of poppy sounds. Delicious with a good cup of tea. It's incredibly easy to prepare.

  1. Roll out the defrosted dough on a floured table. We make both layers together. We put them in a greased form, do not cut off the edges - these "ears" will still be useful to us!
  2. We pierce the dough over the entire surface and bake for 10-15 minutes. at 200 degrees.
  3. During baking, we prepare both layers of the filling. The first layer is poppy. Grind the poppy in a coffee grinder and add semolina to it. Warm the milk in a saucepan, add the poppy seed mixture to it, sugar - 3 tbsp. l. Warm up the mixture and remove from heat. Now the second layer of filling. Mix eggs with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar, beat and add flour (2 g) and sour cream.
  4. The dough is baked and the filling is ready! Cool the dough, lay out the filling one by one and return to the oven. We bake for 35-40 minutes. at 180 degrees.
  5. Now we cut off the edges-ears, which we deliberately left. Grind them and sprinkle on top of the cake. Decorate with berries, mint. Enjoy your tea!
