Puff salad with chicken, potatoes and mushrooms

Very high-calorie, but very tasty puff salad with chicken, potatoes and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  1. Salt, pepper and fry the chicken fillet for 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil on both sides until tender.
  2. Cool chicken meat and chop finely.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp in a skillet. tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onion until transparent.
  4. Add finely chopped champignons to the onion, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fry until mushrooms are cooked. Cool down.
  6. Peel the cooled boiled potatoes and grate on a fine grater.
  7. Peel the cooled boiled eggs, grate on a fine grater.
  8. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  9. Lay out the salad in layers, smearing each layer with mayonnaise.
  10. 1st layer: potatoes.
  11. 2nd layer: mushrooms with onions.
  12. 3rd layer: chicken meat.
  13. 4th layer: eggs.
  14. 5th layer: cheese.
  15. Cover the prepared salad with cling film and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  16. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
