There will be quite a bit of dough and a lot of filling. And the pie is good both warm and cold. If you have very little free time, but you want something tasty, this recipe for a pie made from ready-made puff yeast dough with potatoes, ham and cheese is ideal.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Everything is very simple and fast.
  2. The dough is purchased, puff yeast.
  3. Potatoes are raw, medium-sized.
  4. Cheese and ham - whatever you like.
  5. Dill, sesame and oregano are optional.
  6. I defrost the dough.
  7. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Remember to wash. ;)
  8. Fry potatoes over medium heat in vegetable oil until light golden brown. Salt and pepper.
  9. I cut the cheese and ham into small pieces.
  10. I chop the dill.
  11. I turn on the oven to heat up to 185 degrees.
  12. Slightly roll out the thawed dough.
  13. I spread the dough into a mold and prick with a fork.
  14. At the bottom - potatoes. Then I distribute everything else (ham, cheese and dill). Salt and pepper again.
  15. I wrap the edges of the filling dough.
  16. I grease the sides with shaken yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, send them to a preheated oven and bake a pie from puff yeast dough with potatoes, ham and cheese at 180-185 degrees until golden brown.
  17. I baked the cake for 45 minutes.
  18. While the pie is still hot, sprinkle with oregano.
  19. Let the cake cool down a little.
  20. I take out the puff pastry with potatoes, ham and cheese from the mold. And you can invite everyone to the table!
  21. Hearty, aromatic and simply delicious potato pie with ham and cheese. Good both warm and cold. Just a little dough and a lot, a lot of filling.
