Quiche Stuffed with Sockeye with GoatCcheese

Harmonious combination of soft goat cheese with smoked salmon on puff yeast dough. Salmon can be boiled or in the form of fried fillets, but certainly with goat cheese. Equally tasty with any fish of this family and in any form!

  1. Cut the leek or onion into half rings and fry in butter until soft. We spread the puff pastry in a round shape, cut off the excess and make several punctures with a fork.
  2. Spread the fried onions and the remaining butter over the surface of the dough. Top with slices of sockeye fillet, slices of soft goat cheese.
  3. Fill with egg and milk, beaten in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs.
  4. We bake at 200 degrees 25-35 minutes. Decorate with dill, lemon, lettuce.
  5. Serve warm. If there is even a piece left, then it is delicious when cold.
