Quick Minced Potato Casserole

With a minimal amount of ingredients, you can prepare a delicious potato casserole with minced meat in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

• Large potatoes - 4 pcs.
• Minced meat - 300 g
• Onions - 0.5 pcs.
• Garlic - 1 clove
• Frozen sweet peppers - to taste
• Frozen greens - to taste
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Salt to taste
• Ground black pepper - to taste
• Vegetable oil - how much will it take

Directions

1. Prepare the ingredients for the minced potato casserole. Peel and wash the potatoes. Peel the onion, garlic, wash and twist through a meat grinder or finely chop. Salt and pepper the minced meat, combine with onions and garlic, mix. Frozen peppers and herbs can be replaced with fresh ones.
2. Grate potatoes, lightly salt.
3. Combine potatoes with minced meat and stir.
4. Put the potatoes with minced meat on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
5. Distribute chopped herbs and bell peppers on top.
6. Beat eggs and pour onto a baking sheet.
7. Spread the egg filling evenly. Send to an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake potato casserole with minced meat for 20 minutes.
