Today we are preparing a very tasty and tender tiramisu in the form of a roll. Cream of mascarpone cheese and cream is prepared without eggs. Everything is very simple and fast!

  1. Whip cold cream until thick. Add powdered sugar. Whisk again.
  2. Add cold mascarpone cheese and beat until thick cream. You can add amaretto if you like.
  3. We remove the cream in the refrigerator.
  4. We're making coffee. I have it freshly brewed.
  5. Lay out baking paper. Dip savoiardi biscuits in coffee and spread on paper. Spread the cream on top (I take a little more than half).
  6. Sprinkle with cocoa. Using paper, we roll everything into a roll and send the Tiramisu dessert to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. After that, distribute the remaining cream over the roll and sprinkle with cocoa.
