A simple and delicious salad with mushrooms, potatoes and sauerkraut. Fried ruddy mushrooms, boiled potatoes, onions and crispy sauerkraut are one of the most successful combinations! This salad can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish.

  1. Wash the potatoes and boil them in their uniforms for 20-25 minutes (until tender).
  2. Wash the mushrooms and cut into medium pieces.
  3. Pour 2 tbsp into the pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms for about 10 minutes, until browned.
  4. Finely chop the dill, parsley and green onions. We leave a little green onion to decorate the salad. Peel and cut the onions into thin half rings. We leave a little onion to decorate the salad.

  6. Let's prepare a dressing. To do this, add sugar and 1/3 teaspoon of salt to the remaining vegetable oil (3 tablespoons).

  9. We mix everything so that there are no sugar crystals left. Add salt to taste if necessary. Then add the greens.
  10. Gently mix the salad with herbs.
  11. We shift the salad with mushrooms, potatoes and sauerkraut into a salad bowl. Decorate the top with chopped green onions and onion half rings. Bon Appetit!
