Salmon fillet with potato and cabbage garnish

Salmon is fried in the oven under a crispy bread crust. Grilled salmon garnish is prepared from fresh white cabbage and potatoes.

  1. Set the rack in the oven to the middle position and turn on the oven to preheat to 225 degrees.
  2. Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy, for about 4 minutes. Pour the onion into the pan and fry, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 4 minutes.
  3. Then put the cabbage in the pan and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 6 minutes.
  4. Put the potatoes, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are soft, 8-12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, transfer to a serving plate.
  5. Meanwhile, grease a baking sheet with butter, put the salmon fillet on it, brush it with mustard and sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the fillets for about 15 minutes.
  6. Serve the salmon fillet with garnish.
